Complaint Review: BOVA FINANCIAL GROUP LLC JOSE SLEVA JR. AKA JOE KNAR BOYADJIAN

BOVA FINANCIAL GROUP LLC IS A DECEPTIVE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. MAJOR CONFLICT OF INTEREST. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER. JOE SELVA will tell you they have the best leads in the industry, they will tell you they can generate any type of lead, basically HE WILL LIE TO YOU and promise you the best leads, but they just want your money. Jose Selva Jr. AKA Joe Selva sold me on lead transfers. I paid him $1000.00 for 20 leads. I received NINE live transfer calls in 37 days. I addressed my concerns with him and he somehow convinced me to place another order and he would make up the missed calls. I placed another oder back in May and CRICKETS no calls. I demanded a refund and he confirmed several times via email that he was refunding my money and NEVER DID. Come to find out he also runs a Loan modification company(BOVA FINANCIAL) with his business partner Knar Boyadjian. The company is registered in California but Joe operates his business out of his mothers home in Florida. He is not registered in Florida to conduct any business. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONLY SCAMMING COMPANIES BUT THEY ARE SCAMMING HOMEOWNERS AS WELL. BOVA FINANCIAL, JOE SELVA JR.AND KNAR BOYADJIAN HAVE BEEN SANCTIONED IN SOME STATES FROM CONDUCTING MODIFICATION BUSINESS. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.DO NOT BUY LEADS FROM BOVA FINANCIAL GROUP AND IF YOU ARE A HOMEOWNER WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE FILE COMPLAINTS ALL OF THE RECORDS ARE FILED IN CALIFORNIA. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!! Complain with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC). Complain with the ATTORNEY GENERAL in your state and county. FILE IN CALIFORNIA WHERE THEY ARE REGISTERED SECRETARY OF STATE FILE NUMBER:(201204010032) AND FILE IN FLORIDA WHERE JOSE SELVA IS NOT REGISTERED OR LICENSED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. Complain with other ONLINE WEBSITES. Don't let them fool you with their rebuttals they're just going to keep lying like they lied in the first place. JOE IS A SMOOTH TALKER AND WILL MAKE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. THESE ARE SCAM ARTISTS….. STAY AWAY !! I'm writing this because if you are contemplating purchasing leads for your business, I would look elsewhere and I don't want you to throw away your money like I did. Do your research.....you can do a lot better than BOVA FINANCIAL AND JOE SELVA.
