Complaint Review: Bovada.lv

 I was playing a hand of Deuces Wild video poker and playing at $25 per hand. I was dealt 2 Wild Deuces and I held them. When I pressed the Draw button, the button was grayed out and the site booted me off. When I returned to the site, I was only given $25 and was never able to finish my hand. There is a possibility that I could've won any amount between $25 and $10,000, but I will never know. Bovada representatives tell me that a "Random Number Generator" said I won $25, but I was never able to play the hand and they cannot prove what happened, even if they claim it was logged. I never physically saw the result as it happened. I request either the full refund for all of the money I deposited that day or the average of the two extreme results because "Random Number Generator" is not fact. I refuse to accept that as an explanation and I will not accept a $25 credit as compensation.
