Complaint Review: BOWDEN PHOTOGRAPHICS

I was contracted via email by Debbie Bowden of Bowdenphotographics.com to photograph 2 hours at a Charity Ball in Philladelphia.  Our agreement was for 2 hours at a rate of $200.00.  At the end of the night I gave her my SD card, she downloaded my photos and then told me to text me my address so she could send a check.  A few days later she called me asking me what images I though were useable and seemed unhappy so I took a look and uploaded them for her to see.  I'lll attach a few below.  I text her a few days after asking if my check had been mailed and she replied back "not yet"  That was the last I've heard from her.  I've left several messages, emails, and voicemails only to be ignored.  Here are some of the photos.
