Bowflex Nautilus Deceitful advertising not honoring extended warranty

ok so i have have bought 2 of these max trainers the M5 and the M9 both have broke the M5 the console stop working i replaced it at my own cost and on both machines the resistant servo stopped working they build these machines with inferior parts. the actual design is great the workout is good. but if you buy one it is not of a matter of if it will break but WHEN it will break and it will cost you alot to fix it.

 

on the M9 i bought the extended warranty but I'm getting the runaround from the warranty company not wanting to uphold the warranty the console on the M9 has broken the resistance is no longer working Bowflex says if the warranty company that has to replace it but they fail to realize they chose this Warranty company to represent their brand. So buying the extended warranty is not a safeguard against a broken machine and the Machine will break guaranteed I have bought two of them both of them have broken.

 

I called the warranty company several times and they keep telling me they're waiting on Bowflex I called Bowflex and Bowflex informs me they have nothing to do with the warranty company the warranty company has to send the part so buyer beware I will give an update on my results if the warranty was honored or not
