I placed an order in January, 2010, for several items.  I received an order acknowledgment email, and my credit card was charged in full.  My items were to ship via USPS Priority mail, so when I received no shipping email from the company afyer four days I sent and email and called asking for status.  I never heard back from the company.  After another day had passed I called again, and again heard nothing. 

It's now been almost three weeks since my credit card was charged and the company has not communicated anything since the order acknowledgment.  I have filed a formal dispute against the company with my credit card company.  I also intend to  file complaints on various internet vendor ratings services, with the better business bureau, and possibly with my state's Attorney General's office of consumer protection.

This company is not one that deserves my business, and I warn against buying from them.  According to the Better Business Bureau account for this company (http://www.bbb.org/toledo/business-reviews/pet-supplies-and-foods-retail/bow-wow-shop-ltd-the-in-montpelier-oh-90013364), there are only two employees--a woman and her husband.  The company has had six consumer complaints filed against it, and I wish I had researched more before I shopped there.
