they mailed me a letter confiming that i had won a lotto for the sum of $45.000.00.
they had also atacthed a chek for the sum of $4.200 for what they said was for the taxes that neede to pay on the $45.000.00
they said that i was ti recive a letter and to sing it and to also sing over the taxe checkas well and that my 445.000.00 would be mailed off shortly after!
well i decided to look into the lotto scams that are circulating the net and i was really happy to not suprised to see that this same scame is happing to other!!! and i really feel sorry for the people that do belive these low life worthless gutter rats that feed off the honest hard working indivduals that are struggling to make end meet!
i really hope that people that do get these scams will repot these false companys and hpoefully the law will take care of them and give them what they really deserve!!
i would just like to say its a buitifull world that we live in and it may not perfect and never will be!
but theres still alot of honest,hard working, trust worthing people still among us ..always love &respect your elders, mother & father,love your childrenlie theres no tomorrow and always treat people in the way that you would like to be treded........joe

The rip-off report is correct, with one exception. BoxLotto.com is a legitimate free lottery located in California.
The criminals have hijacked our name and logo to perpetrate their crime. We have received many phone calls and emails about this scam. We have posted a Scam Alert on our site as follows:
Postal Mail Lottery Scam
Many of you are receiving letters in mail saying you have won a large sum of money from Box Lotto out of Canada. This is not us - this is another scam. The checks are counterfeit.
More importantly this scam involves the US Postal service. Using the US mail to perpetrate a crime is a Federal offense. DO NOT cash the checks! They will bounce after you have wired the perpetrators your cash.
Take the material you received in the mail to your local Postmaster General and your local police department. You may also fill a complaint with the FBI at this web address: IC3.gov
You may give them my name and phone number. Let me know what you find.
