Box office Verified Failed to Deliver my Thearter tickets Michigan

On 12 April 2019, I bought tickets for the sound of music via phone from Verified seats connected with the fox Theather in Detroit MI.  I received  my invoice in the mail along with a second letter from Box office verified which affliated with verfied seats.com saying that my tickets were etickets and they were emailed to my email address on 13 April 2019. 

I check my inbox of my email and my spam box and there were no tickets in either file for me to print off. I also called fedx because on the invoice it said that they were to be delivered by Fedx. The invoice  nor the letter saying  that I received the tickets had the Fedx  tracking number on it.  I called fedx and they said they were delivered on 13 april 2019. 

That could not be possible be  because I had to sign for the tickets for them to deliver them.  Fedx left no notice that they attempted devivery because no notice was left on my door.  In addition, the residental address on my invoice was incorrect.  The address that they had was 301 Weitman Ct, Rochester, MI  48307.  My address is (((REDACTED))) Rochester Hills, MI  (((REDACTED))). 

Now I cannot go to the theater because I have no tickets and the theater will not honor my invoice   and I lost 195.00 for w tickets.  My email maryracette43@hotmail.com  my phone number 2484629409.  Any assistance you can give me will be very appreciated.
