Complaint Review: BoxDrop of Portland

I was shopping for a mattress.

I saw this store on line and made an appointment thinking that they wanted to protect people for covid.

When I arrived, it was a stank, shared warehouse and Kiel was seeing one sucker at a time and keeping us in the lobby until the previous customers left his portion of the warehouse.

I selected a mattress and paid Kiel $400 as a down payment for a transaction that totaled $850.00.  He took the money and ran!!!
