Complaint Review: Boxed Greens

I was ordering organic produce from Boxed Greens. I either had it shipped UPS or I would pick it up. Right before Christmas, I ordered a box totaling $68. I was going to pickup up the produce this time.

I had a blow out in my tire when I was on the freeway. I couldnt drive my car since I had the spare on and I live 45 miles from Boxed Greens. I called the owner Gina Verdugo and explained my situation She didnt care. FINALLY after 3 weeks she returned my phone calls and said for me to order another box and she would credit my account. Granted, I was already charged $68 for produce I never received.

I received the new box of produce PLUS she charged me another $58! Ive called and left about 10 messages and she has not returned my call. She is inconsiderate, and a fraud. She does not follow through with what she says. I will never do business with her again and I will make sure everyone knows it!
