Boyajian Law Offices Boyajian is guity of a FELONY by saying they are a New Jersey Law Firm ripoff Rutherford New Jersey
When you call this RIP OFF/scam outfit they answer :Boyajian Law Firm. However they have NO licence to practice law in New Jersey.(read some of the other posts on Boyajian).
Correct me if Im wrong, but arent they (BOYAJIAN)commiting a felony? Why is this guy still in business? Why is he not in jail? Are the people(lowlifes)who work and LIE for Boyajian accomplices? There is nothing further I can add that has not been said in other posts. Its a pathetic situation when that CRIMINAL(Boyajian) has even been in business this long.
Again DO NOT EVEN PAY THEM A PENNY! Report them to the proper authorities! BOYAJIAN is a scam and FRAUD in EVERY WAY!

It was my belief that the only state in which Boyajian was licensed to practice was California. You can go to the CA state attorney general's website and file a complaint against Jack the Rat there. I remember seeing someone had posted his CA license # here before, so referencing that would also be a good idea.
Has any news come out regarding the lawsuits from the CT and NY attorney generals?

Marie,
Just provide all of the documentation you can on his unethical collections practices to the BAR ASSOCIATION.
In the process of their investigation, they will attempt to verify his license to practice law.
When they find out he has none, I'm sure criminal charges will follow.
