Boyajian Law Offices ripoff and dishonest practices Rutherford New Jersey
I got a letter from this company about a debt collection and offering me a credit card for paying the debt. They sent this letter toan address where I have some mails forwarded. I was surprised as I never had any unpaid debt gone to collection agency.
The representative scared me about destroying my credit report and possible arrest. he asked my bank account number and SSN. I asked them to send me a letter at my correct address so that I can see the bill.
Weeks later I found out that they took money from my bank account!!! I called them repeatedly asking for a letter explaining the bill but never got any letter from them and I checked my credit report and that unpaid bill still showed delinquent.
Please tell me what I can do to get the money or have the credit report showing that bill was paid.

If they took money from your bank account without your permission, this is a felony. Go to your local police department and file a report, and then go to your bank with the police report and file a claim with your bank for return of the stolen funds. They are insured.
Next, go to the FTC website and get the compaint mailing address, explain everything that happened and attach the police report and bank claim.
It is a violation of federal law (FDCPA) to make any threats of jail, garnishment or seizure of property. You CANNOT go to jail for not paying a debt. These vilations when properly reported and persued can earn you $1000.00 each.
Put these scumbags in jail. You are holding all of the cards now. It is up to YOU to follow through.
