I was accused of opening an account with a power company in a city I have never lived in. I contacted the company and I was under the assumption it was taken care of. Boyajian sent me a letter to collect from their "law" offices in NJ and now I can't even dispute it with them because none of their contact information seems to be working. 800 numbers or direct lines. Now this is on my credit report and I can't get it removed. I sent the info. to NJ state IG I hope this works.

Kevin,

There is no need to be able to contact these thugs to get this removed from your credit reports.

All you have to do is dispute it directly with each credit bureau for reason: NOT MY ACCOUNT.

Be sure to specify that you never lived there and also demand to see whatever you signed as well as a complete account history. Also demand copies of any "validation" they may recieve.

Send these letters only by certified mail, return reciept requested and make sure you put the certified # on each letter and make a copy before mailing.

Now, when they fail to remove the erroneous entry, you sue both the credit bureau and the bottomfeeders under both FDCPA and FCRA rules.

Have fun with these morons, then GET PAID!!
