when we met this man to pick up truck he said twice that my friend would get 60 cents a mile, she ran for him a month before getting her first check, the check for that week was to be for 1768 miles,he paid her 212.00.when she called him on it he explained real fast numbers, which was all total b*******. he explained he gives 60 percent of what load pays, that wasnt what he said when we met him.     he totally hosed her outta all loaded miles, and gave her like 78 percent of all fsc.this guys a total rip off and now i understand how this f** has 37 trucks

I'm letting the world know that we will find a better company and that what comes around ,goe's around.please be aware of this worthless piece dog s***. he talks a good game but bair tax hes nothen but a low life scum bag and rips everyone off.and if there is anyone out there that dont feel same about robin, email me (((REDACTED))).iv'e seen a few shady people in this businness in the year iv'e been out here but this robin guy takes the top.

This is Shirley oliver commenting on robin boyers rebuttal.the day i met robin and picked up the van,i asked him twice what my pay was going to be,i said to him 60 cent a mile,he replys, yes both times,he said only thing i would have to pay is for fuel i said ok.      i took the truck to north carolina for the training he did pay for my fuel to goto north carolina which was to come off my first check.he agreed to pay for my drug screen and physycial which i paid for those things outta my first check.i then ran on my first week 500 miles he paid me 75.00 second week i ran 1771 miles

he paid me 212.90 the third week which was week of thanksgiving i ran 3 locals and a lerado load which was 2200 miles and he paid me 175.00 how do i make more on 1771 then 2200.this guy dont make sence.the forth week i had 1514 miles  he paid me 57.00.outta the 30 days i worked. i went home 1 day for thanksgiving.i decated my  time in work for a total of 520 dollars for 6025 miles my draws for fuel where a total of 1362.00 and 3 cash advances of 300.00 total.when i called him on the 212.90 because i know he made a mistake  he at one point told me i was paying for his insurance on truck because if i ran into a gaurd rail,he said someone has to pay for it.he ruined my christmas.

ripped me off and hes on here saying hes so respectful.this mans a total sham  and as for ron,ron was working in monticello this whole time.the day robin seen ron in truck sleeping i was at my dads picking up bedding for truck and i asked ron to watch truck @truckstop while i was gone.if this guy is so innocent and loved then why would he call me and offer to put me back in truck and 400.00 for  me not to sue him.or not to take him to court.ive decided to just let courts handle it and therefore felt after reading what robin boyer wrote i felt i needed to responde here.i wish not to get any more in court then what i worked for.robin is well aware what my next move is,i've already told him

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Hello, unfortunate situation with a driver.1st of all person making report never drove for me ,but bargained a position for a girlfriend .This person ron said he had obtained another driving position on way to interview and wanted to know if i would interview his girlfriend for the same position.I took him at his word and said i would .Her name was shirley oliver and had never driven before. Ron said he had driven expedite van before for over 1 year.In any case shirley started and the pay was 60% plus 100%  fuel surcharge  ,driver pays fuel ,owner pays maintenance and trk insurance ,qual com  etc . driver pays his own occ ins and physical, drug screen cdl expense ,etc.drivers is independent and recieves 1099 and pays own taxes etc. 60% is a pretty standard rate for vans 60 cents would be unheard 32 cents has been done by some owners,but60 cents would never had been uttered by me,but an inexpierenced driver could have heard that. The next thing that happened is when i went to recover the van ron was founding sleeping inside the van and shirley was no where to be found,he should of had another position if he had told the truth, but he likely was riding along with shirley which would of been fine if he had told the truth and filed passenger insurance( small fee)it was later admitted and recanted that he had help drive loads w/o qualifications but i did not see that personally. There were advances taken that wuold be deduct from settlement later but a new driver may have thought it was given as cost of running loads by owner or carrier.thus draws arent controlled because they are on the companybut that is not the case. Thanks for your time reading robin boyer
