Complaint Review: BP Gas Station White Lake MI

 Ignorance is no excuse on your part. Just like ignorance of a LAW still makes YOU liable when you break said law, that YOU were ignorant of. Why YOU would expect that the poor clerk at the counter is going to KNOW that YOU are ignorant. THEY are NOT in your head so THEY have no knowledge of YOUR ignorance. Thr gas station IS NOT the actual one that has put a hold on the money. That is the merchant services that is used. YOUR lack of knowledge is NOT a good enough excuse nor is your age for commiting a civil crime. THAT is what YOU have done. One would think that someone of YOUR age would be wiser. No, I  am not the manager nor am I even anywhere near your state. But SOMEONE has to speak up against a BULLY!!! And thats what YOU boil down to. YOUR IGNORANCE has caused YOU to make a post on a PUBLIC FORUM that is basically all a lie due ONLY to YOUR lack of knowledge. HOW is that fair to THEM?? Even at YOUR AGE you WILL NOT admit that YOU were at fault. YOU cause the situation, and due to the choices YOU have made have to deal with the repercussions. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN RIPPED OFF!!!! So YOUR post is nothing but a lie based on the FACT that YOU are ignorant. You CANNOT dispute this fact. SO instead YOU shift the blame and try and make it about me instead of just ADMITTING YOU ARE WRONG!!! One would think that someone of YOUR AGE would at some point ACTUALLY grow up and be an adult at SOME POINT!!

 You are a prime example how being anonymous makes a coward behave like an uncivilized bully. I'm a senior citizen and was unaware of the policy of placing a hold on a credit card for larger sum than spent. I have purchased gas and other items at this station for TWO years and this is the first time this has ever happened. Furthermore, the employee could have explained it to me and the owner could and should have taken my calls. And yes I was aware of holiday weekend but TODAY was third bus day. There was no sign warning of new policy, which is evident since it's never happened before in two years. Are you spaced out on coffee or the owner who didn't return my call? Leonora White Lake MI

 It was YOUR CHOICE that has led to where YOU are. YOU CHOSE to use your card at the pump instead of going in to the store. THAT IS NOT THIER FAULT!!!!It USUALLY takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for whomever thier merchant services is to refund the remainder of the hold. Since it appears that YOU did this on FRIDAY or SATURDAY and it was just a THREE DAY WEEKEND, with Monday being Columbus Day. With just BASIC MATH one can figure out that YOU should recieve a return on the remainder later today or tomorrow. Maybe ratchet down that self entitlment. It is NOT PRETTY!!! YOU have NOT been ripped off and YOU have WILLINGLY CHOSEN to cause THEM damages because YOU FAIL AT MATH!!!! YOU shame yourself by NOT being a responsible person. YOU CHOSE to use the method of payment. YOU CHOSE to go on the web and BASH a innocent company. How many other INNOCENT people are going to have to SUFFER for the choices YOU make?? It AMAZES me sometimes at how supposed ADULTS can act like spoiled little children and all because YOU FORGOT A HOLIDAY!! YOU FORGOT to do BASIC MATH and YOU go and post PURE DEFAMATION!!!! So WHO has ripped WHO off?? Oh, thats right!!! Its YOU ripping THEM off for the reputation they are trying to build AND YOU DO IT WILLINGLY AND WITH MALICE!!! WHY is it so difficult for prople like YOU to either admit that YOU WERE WRONG or ATLEAST use the few remaining brain cells YOU have left?
