BP gas Stealing, overcharging, thief, rude, lying, criminals kansas city Missouri
I purchased gas at bp located at 11050 holmes rd kc mo 64131 on 7/22/2015 at 5:20pm. The cost per
gallon was $2.69. I bought 17 gallons and they charged me $57.15. I should have been charged
$45.73. The clerk refused to give me a receipt. They are overcharging people at this station and
stealing their money. I was at pump #5.

My question is did you pay at the pump with a card? If so you do realize that there IS a difference between credit/debit/cash. CASH is the ACTUAL coin of the realm. Credit and debit are NOT!! By NOT I mean that you get charged a bit extra on ANY card purchase. Roughly 2 years ago the credit card companies raised the amount the RETAILERS have to pay EACH TIME someone makes a credit/debit purchase. If YOU used your card at the pump then your story makes sense. Gas is sold BY THE GALLON and when you use a card you are charged that fee PER GALLON!!!Meaning that because YOU CHOSE to use a card at the pump YOU get to pay the fee.
