BP Yet another BP affront! Houston, Texas
Bought $50 BP gift cards for children. They were quite happy considering the price of gas!
They report to us, however, that when using the gift card, they are charged the credit card price by local franchisee service stations, which in Detroit is usually 10 cents (or more) per gallon higher than the cash price!
Just another example of BP exploiting the consumer.
Lesson for me and anyone reading this: We now buy Shell gift cards. Shell cards are treated as cash by the franchisee service stations.
