My wife bought an Apple Watch for me as a fathers day present. The watch came home, I used for one day, and gyroscope stop working, so it doesn't coun't steps, exercise, etc. Apple ran a test on the watch, and that is how I know gyroscope is defective.
My wife contacted the seller to ask for a replacement, or a refund. Seller, not only is not willing to refund or replace damage item, but also insulted my wife. I had to file a claim through PAYPAL, which is the payment method. Paypal case still open, but not yet resolved.
BE AWARE with this eBay seller. Selling defective merchandise as new and not been responsible. Not wiling to work with buyers, or accept any responsability for defective merchandise they sell.
Unfortunately there is not warranty from Apple when you buy from this stores. You don't know if they are selling you brand new items or if they are refurbished items, even if they described as NEW.
