I WANT TAKE THIS CASE TO COURT FOR LEGAL DISPUTE AGAINST BR COURIER

On Jun, second 2011 I have paid over $ 1600.00 for shippment charge, in order to send two Bounce House Inflatable to its destination in Brazil. After 270 days still nothing, and the sender is reponsible for a legal refund accordingly to its term and condicition of the contract.

After Z times trying a resolution, most of all to receive what is on the contract, all I can say is they keep postponing my legal refund, which I have the right of it. They even take my calls anymore, but keep doing the same with some other customers. I have pay for Insurance, in order to have this refund back, but I guess I was wrong.

They shouldn't be open for business, mostly because they their customer service is really bad. No reason to make business with them, and I was hopping to get some legal advice, especially considering that have lost over 5K. I heard they have over 30 containers stuck in customs.

I am willing to get my refund back, but honestly the way I see they will be  broke very soon. I am willing to pay to take this case to court even though I dont get my refund back, but just to make sure they don't making business like this with no one else.
