Complaint Review: Brad Brenner

Brad Brenner sent us a 42 page home inspection report and requested estimates on some of the repairs which he later approved and set up an appointment for the repairs to be completed.  Upon arriving Brad spent almost 90 minutes of our technicians time going over the same issues we already quoted for.  Asking how to do this, saying he would do that himself, this himself, can you look at this while you're here, etc.  After 90 minutes and fishing for information "how-to" from our technician Brad decided he would complete all the previously authorized repairs himself.  We informed Brad there would be a service call, unless he wanted to sign up for service.  He verbally signed up for service long enough for the technician to drive away then called the office claiming his wife already hired one.  We called this coward several times at Ace Hardware in Diamond Bar, which his father purcahsed for him according to Brad and he wouldn't take our calls.  In Brad Brenners world it's ok to expect a company who makes their living from doing repair work to spend their time and expertise reveiwing a lengthy inspection report, taking time, gas and money to come to his home to be asked to provide a consultation of "how to" then pay nothing.   I

Brad Brenner wasted our time, paid nothing and like a coward won't take our phone calls for payment.
