My daughter and I went to Brad Fenton GM Superstore in Ardmore Oklahoma to look at cars. The salesman came out (Zach) we told him what we were looking for price range down payment and payments we could afford.

He had us look at and drive a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. My daughter liked it but the check engine light was on and Zach told us he had just had that fixed and he would take it to the shop and find out the problem. Louis (works on the financial end) came out and was very pushy, he kept wanting us to sign before it went to the shop.

We waited for the shop to look at it and they said the light just needed to be reset and did that for us. We signed the papers. Took the car home the light came back on the next day. I took it to my mechanic and found out there was something wrong with the grill shutter, took it back told them what was wrong.

They ordered the part, put it on and cracked the bumper all the way down in the process. They brought the car back to us, we noticed the damage and took it back to them. They lied about and blamed us and were only going to patch it instead of replacing it.

We finally got out of the deal and got our down payment back. This was the worst car buying experience ever. No one communicated with each other at the store, no one would call us back and everyone was so rude.
