Complaint Review: Brad Sankus

Brad Charles Sankus will get your company sued for invasion of privacy in many states. He will call and pretend to be the police invstigating an active criminal case and claim you are a fugitive to your parents. He does this because he is a poor skip tracer. He violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He will invade the privacy of your clients/customers/skips. He will have you filling motions for removal for lawsuits filed in states that are very pro-consumer. He seems to pick the worst states to wreak havoc in. He called my father a 75 year old cancer patient with a history of heart problems and scared him so bad he called my whole catholic family when I didn't answer my phone. He was terrified. It caused the disclosure of my debt to Ally Financial Inc. to be made public. This happened while working for Find John Doe- Silicon Valley Recovery Inc. He is a jack a*s looking for another job as a skip tracer as we speak. He posted a resume on indeed.com. His handle as a skip tracer is Brad Martini. Martini is his mother's last name. He has his father's last name of Sankus. If these people called your parents you can call his mother Starletta Martini at 209-946-0703 which is her Stockton home, and "convince him to be the son she raised him to be". that is what he told my Dad after violating a cease and desist request and continuing to harass him. Brad Sankus lives at 1200 Creekside Dr, Folsom ,CA 95630. He can be found working as a bar tender at BJ's Brewery in Folsom CA.  John Lewis owner of Silicon Valley Recovery Inc. recruited him after meeting him there. I would avoid retaining Brad Sankus's services if I wanted to keep my insurance rates down.
