I chose the Lucy Lui flowered checks which I loved.  They arrived and I started using the checks.  Then my bank calls to say:  the checks are all printed wrong.  The old check number is part of my account number.  I am thankful my bank did not charge for these errors.

So I thought I would call BE customer service and get it fixed.  The BE order form asks that you enter all the info as it appears on the bottom of your check (which I thought was strange) and if your format is different, check a box.  Though I am a very detail-oriented person, I never saw this option--so it is my fault.  However, I entered the correct routing number and account number.  Customer Service tells me they cannot help me--I will have to pay another $32.00 for a new order.  I told them, don't bother--I will not order from Bradford Exchange Checks again!!!

I also suggested that instead of having people copy the numbers from the bottom of the check that they ask the position of the routing number, account number, etc.  Perhaps, without the numbers, it would be less confusing to choose a numerical format.
