Ordered a ring for Christmas on 11/14/13. Was "guarenteed" Christmas delivery. I was informed my order would ship on 1/9/14. I wrote customer service and they again "guarenteed" Christmas delivery. The status of my order never changed so I asked for an estimated shipping date. I was told it was impossible to give an estimated shipping date. I asked them to give me a date or cancel the order. They again guarenteed delivery with no date and kept refering to me as "Valued Client" instead of my name. This alone was unacceptable. I asked how they could charge $10 shipping and not ship for months? I then asked them to cancel my order. After 4 emails that was finally accomplished. I will never attempt to order anything from this company and I advise others to do the same.
