Complaint Review: Bradford Exchange

Bradford Exchange Send Coat 4 months later without asking if I am interested.....$50.00 more than originally. NILES ILLINOIS

Bradford Exchange -

I will not do business with them anymore.  They tell me the coat I ordered is out of stock.  4 Months later I get the coat, with an extra $50.00 charged to my credit card.  I called, and they said price went up.  Well, next time before you just send me a coat, I would appreciate if someone would ask me if I am still interested in it.  Unethical company with sky-high prices and terrible customer service. 

Never purchase from this company again.
