For years now numerous citizens of Placer County including the cities of Roseville and Auburn have been stating that they are being victimized by malicious and false prosecution and abuse of power by the judicial system in Placer County.
It is believed that the conviction rate and sentencing terms for those found guilty in this suspect corrupted county are amongst the highest in the nation. It is stated by citizens and victims that the judicial system is one of extortion for profit Vs. Justice.
In reviewing cases and interviewing numerous citizens it has been concluded that the District Attorneys Office and Bradford Fenocchio should be formally investigated.
Citizens feel that appropriate action and charges for misconduct and abuse of authority should be considered. That certain individuals within the District Attorneys office and branches of Placer County Law Enforcement possibly be removed from office and or terminated.
The alleged corruption runs deep and is widespread. Notifications have been issued to the California Attorney Generals Office as well as to various offices in the California State Senate and State Assembly.
This notification requests citizens in Placer County who have reason to believe that they are victims of false prosecution and abuse of authority by The Placer County District Attorneys Office to post your complaints on this public site.
Keep your postings honest and to the point. DO NOT use vulgar or abusive language. Be as short as possible and be able to provide evidence of any and all claims and statements that you post.
Depending on the validity and number of complaints filed watch for a Prosecute Placer County media campaign in our efforts to launch a formal Senate Investigation of The Placer County District Attorneys Office.

It is every citizens constitutional right to an honest and upstanding judicial system. It is every citizens duty to hold government officials accountable for suspect unlawful and unconstitutional conduct.
Past campaign involvements include: (1.) 95 prisoners being released from prison sentenced to 12 -15 year sentences. (2.) The return of six children wrongfully taken by the police and child protective services. (3.) The release of a young boy being medically abused by the doctors and staff at a childrens hospital. (4.) We are presently associated with an investigation that is being led by a Republican member of the House of Representative against false prosecution and abuse of authority.

I have evidence of Excessive force, Trial misrepresentation, wrongful conviction, civil libertie violatio. I have this evidence in trial transcripts, Video, and verbal recordings.
Becuase of my distracted driving ( i was digging through my purse,bad, bad, bad), I was pulled over. The officer Anthony Bonner set me up and beat me when he realized I was indeed not a drunk driver. I requested he give me a breathalizer and he refused. When I realized that I was around a corrupted officer I asked to go get my cell phone. He said yes. I left to get it and he tackled me by throwing my body in the air and thrasing me into the cement. I felt like I was bucked off a bull. He hit me in my head and sides. As a 5ft 5inches, 110 lb, woman, I blacked out from pain and fear. Additional five officers put a bag on my head and beat me repeatdely with their fist leaving bruises all over my arms, back, legs, and neck.I still suffer from reprocautions of the head wounds. It took two years to go to trial. I was charged of a .20 blood alchol, and resisting arrest. I know this to be impossible becuase it was 9:53 p.m. And the blood is not mine. It was repeadtly denied to test my current blood with the sample. My blood type is different than their sample. I left my boyfriends parents house after dinner. Dinner was at six. I had steak and potatoes along with a red glass of wine. At dessert I had apple pie and one glass of white wine. We sociolized for three hours before I left the house at 9:50 p.m. Becuase my father raised me right ( retired FBI Narcotics Agent). I was honest with the officer and cooperative. Until he finished testing me and wanted me to complete the last part, I was attacked, beaten in the head, and ribs. Taken in only to be beaten by five additinal officers and made fun of for being a rape victim ( I was attacked in my hotel room 6 months prior). They bagged my head and made sure of leaving their mark. I was taken to the emergency after I was released by my boyfriend and his RN mother for the beatings. They were shocked, as so am I.
I have proof to all allegations. During trial it came out the indeed the police reports were fabricated and then quickly covered up by the judge. The judge also guided the prosecution on how to win her case. However the judge recieve a slapp on the rist and I am still dealing wit the wrongful conviction. They also tampered with my blood, and covered it up. I currently have a complaint with the FBI and US Attorney, Eastern District, Sacramento, CA. And awaiting the appeal process.
Please contact me therefore we can submit our proof together. I know how to get jusitce and I need more additonal evidence.

I will glad to share my complaints to the Placer County Grand Sheriff, District Attorney, Sheriff, Grand Jury and Board of Supervisors with you (and/or anyone from the media).

I am an ex-employee for a contracted company working with Placer County health and Human Services. The program (UACF) is funded by a Federal grant (SAMSHA) to oversee abuse of many Placer County agencies including, Juvenile Justice, Courts, Adoption, Guardianships, Foster Care, etc.
SAMSHA awarded the grant to Placer County and UACF about 5 years ago to help "weed-out" many of the problems occuring in Placer County. Soon thereafter, Placer executives began to threaten UACF with the termination of the contract should they report negatively about county employees or programs. UACF agreed to remian quiet.
Currently, the "advocacy" program for the Placer County citizens is a sham. No one is being helped and both Placer County and UACF receive millions of dollars in funding from the federal government.
Many programs such as the Probation School in Roseville have had serious incidents of abuse on students which continue to remain a secret because the
program in place to oversee the abuse has been silenced.

For some reason, ripoffreport wanted me to file this as a "rebuttal" but rebuttal means A reply intended to show fault in an opponent's argument. In no way am I rebutting the fact that DA Fennochio and is office need to be investigated for malicious prosecution. In fact, being a victim of his crimes, I wholeheartedly encourage it.
This is in response to the Rip-Off report made by Victim Defense. Unfortunately, I and my family have been on the receiving end DA Fennochio's office unsuccessful attempt to prosecute. The case, an alleged misdemeanor, went nowhere. Dropped to an admission of due process violations. I have this on hard copy. For two years my family lived in fear because of this incompetent officials actions. For two years, we never went to trial, due to lack of evidence of the alleged crime ever taking place, yet my whole families lives were put on hold due to this malicious prosecution and the fact that the revolving door of Placer County judges seemed to answer only to the DA's office. Numerous lies from the DA's office in order to stall the actual trial, which I repeatedly asked for, can be easily exposed.
I am willing to be contacted in order to help expose and depose this vile "public" official and his cronies and call for a federal investigation into the corruption of Placer County offices. Bradford R. Fenocchio - Placer County District Attorney and crew are a danger to the private citizens of Placer County. I must state how serious this is by admitting that my family now has a federal case in the 9th Circuit against the Placer County official who initiated all of this and the county itself. I am willing to be contacted.
