Here we go again. I own two properties on the same street.  Just before Christmas last year I had to replace the Bradford White water heater that started leaking badly and damaged my garage wall. Since the manufacturer does not cover the installation cost of their junk product BTW covered with their fabulous warranty, I had to pay $250.00 to local plumber for installation.

Three months later I had exactly the same problem with my second property. The warranty rep Kim told me they are not responsible for the water damage to my garage, and I have to hire a licensed plumber again to do the warranty replacement. Bradford White is putting together a piece of junk product that can't even perform during the warranty period. That was another $300.00 investment on my part.

What kind of warranty is that when consumer has to pay for the labor to replace their garbage and the company is not responsible for the property damage? FYI the labor cost in Las Vegas is about the same as the price of a good water heater (I am not talking about BW product). I bet that Bradford would not have guts to file a rebuttal on this one.  Bad company, junk product, stupid warranty, outrages customer service!!!
