Both of the "Gold" purchased items created a horrendous scenario for the intended recipient of them. Both items were purchased on the 21st of March 2011 with the intention of their arriving by April 1, 2011, which did not happen. The earrings arrived more than a week later, the watch 2 months after; totally unacceptable, disastrous, disheartening and disappointing to say the least.

The earrings, item #102580001, tarnished almost immediately, within less than 3 weeks, even though they were stated to never do so. The watch, item #111326001, arrived so late it was embarrassing, and it did not fit the recipient's arm , could not even be adjusted large enough to make a difference.

Along with all of that, the shipping bag arrived torn and ripped, allowing any criminal person to have seen clearly what was inside. Its a wonder the item even arrived.

I didn't want any kind of exchange or replacements, I requested a total refund to my credit card used immediately after receipt of both returned items. I have never received any kind of response via email, regular mail or phone call, nor did Bradford Exchange refund any parts of my payments, as of today, February 2012. I am out of $215.96 U.S. dollars.
