Brad Henry of Katy Texas and North American Debt Solutions, said they would help settle my debt.At first he answered his phone,while i paid 965.00 a month.After his fee was paid things changed,accounts were not paid,did not answer phone, when you did talk to him he would say i will take care of it. B/S 3 credit card companys took me to court! After paying him over 10,000 dollars.Now i got to take this guy to court and send more money! This guy should be in jail. Do not pay this guy a dime.

Very simple. I am a financial advisor and help clients with debt. Roger Van Meter entered into a program that lasts 36 months. He was in the program for approx 1/2 that time. He cancelled the program and emptied out his trust account. This voids the poa we work under. We have sent out legal notices and proper notifications. The client has posted my home address and personal cell phone and this should be removed until resolved. I have his personal info and would never post it. Clients save $ every month. He emptied out his trust account because he needed the money. No money.....no payoff to creditors. Please remove this lie. I am and have been compliant within our fiscal and contractual responsibilites.
