Bradley Michael Gause, hired our company to install a new water heater on his rental premises. We installed a new water heater, brought everything up to code, and called in the city inspection. After all was done, he said over the phone that he would never pay us, and used a great deal of curse words, yelling, and saying we would never get a penny out of him. We did some research, and found that he has done this before to other contractors, and has even been legally pursued for it, as well as prosecuted over some other crimes. If you are a contractor, stay away from this guy, he will not pay you.

We have tried to remove this report, but Rip Off Report will not allow it to ever be removed. This situation was resolved with the customer, and both parties are satisifed. Sorry about your troubles with somebody that refuses to pay. Does he own the property ? Or is he a tenant of the property does he rent the place ? Maybe you can get a judgment and put a lien on the property. I would definitely look into that. We have so many people out there that want to be the mooch. They need to pay for their activities and actions.
