Worked for this company in Kentucky. Worked over two months. Paid on time up n till I left. I was promised by the owner Brian Bradley that I would be paid all commissions owed to me. After 4 weeks of emails to Mr. Bradley still nothing. Mr. Bradley responded to the first two then nothing after that. All I'm asking for is $2500.00 in commissions that I can truly prove that are owed to me. I was on a profit split with this company so it is very difficult to Prove that they owe me the rest. I would caution any person that considers working for these companies.

CP Williams Response

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, November 11, 2007

I am the President/CEO of Bradley Stinson & Associates, Inc.
I am responding to this "POST" by CP Williams, a former 1099 Sub-Contractor of our subsidiary BSA of Kentucky.
CP Williams was contracted with our company for a period of 3 months. His position was that of straight-commission. CP Williams entered into a "Sub-Contractor Agreement" with our company. Said Agreement stated that "all unearned/uncollected commissions would be waived should the Sub-Contractor leave his employment prior to the collection of monies". BSA of Kentucky was forced to collect the unearned/uncollected commissions due to CP Williams quiting.
Nevertheless, I informed CP Williams on two seperate occassions that after I had the opportunity to review his claim, I would contact him.
I would suggest that CP Williams contact me directly in-lieu-of posting negative comment.
