First of all, Let me tell you, all these positive reviews must have been written by Bragada employees because after owning one, I couldn't possibly see how anyone could give them a favorable review let alone a "glowing" one.

Here is my story of what has happened since I purchased my mattress in July 2008.

The first thing I noticed is that this mattress is heavy! I mean really heavy like a hernia maker in waiting! My wife and I hauled this darn thing up the stairs into the master bedroom! The 6' long burrito wrapped in plastic is actually the mattress that has been compressed by a machine and wrapped in plastic at the factory for shipping. Remember this if you try and return the mattress.

Now for the rest of the story...

How did it sleep? Well, the first few months, it was really nice. Very comfortable and I thought that I'd made a good decision. My wife was also very happy with it, especially the pillows. However, after the first couple of months I noticed that I was starting to settle into a "rut". Other people complaining have described this as the feeling of being in a "hammock." Since I don't own a hammock I can't really say forsure but to me, there is a depression or a sag present where the foam has memorized my body shape. Now try and understand that I am not a large person, 5'9 and 180 pds, so for it to start sagging or having a hammock feel makes no sense.

I contacted them about the situation, but what they recommended was to purchase an additional mattress topper. Why? The whole purpose of purchasing this mattress is to have a soft pleasurable mattress that you can enjoy without the extra cost of having to purchase something else.

Read the warranty information carefully............

I contacted them about my mattress, and they stated that it has to be sagging 1.75 inches to return the mattress.  Mine is sinking 1.25 inches and I can't even sleep on it most of the time. ALSO, if your mattress happens to meet the company's return policy... Who do think pays for the return? YOU.  And trust me, I looked into returning the mattress and it is not cheap, remember how I received my mattress compressed and rolled up, what a SCAM they have going.  Bragada has it made, you like your mattress.. Great.  If you don't, oh well you have to ship it back to us, which most people won't because of the cost. They will just go and purchase a new mattress instead.

NEVER buy anything worth this much money without actually physically being able to examine it with your own eyes and hands. Demand your right to return it if it isn't right! This probably means NOT purchasing your bedding over the internet. You need to go to a local store and look the people in the eye. It's harder for them to rip you off if they know you have their address! It's also much easier to sue them in small claims court if they're local! So, buyer beware! You've been forewarned!

I Love Both of Mine!

I have two Bragada memory foam mattresses and love them.  I am not an employee and never have been nor am I related to anyone in that company.  I have a queen size as well as a double and even guests love them. I will never go back to a conventional metal spring type mattress ever again.
