We too have been scammed by Justin Mosely, Brian King, and Matt Balue. We paid them 1,830 dollars for a credit repair service that has never happened. It's been 3 months now and no results. Everytime I contact them, im told give it two weeks or you will see the results at the end of the month.

Dear Crystal and all whom this may concern,

After our conversation the night before you posted this complaint we came to an agreement that it would take a little longer than usual to recieve your tradeline. This is a service that is not guaranteed, and not looked upon kindly by the banks and credit companies that are losing millions of dollars because of what we do for our clients.

Unfortunately, the road to helping people using a loophole in the system isnt as smooth as we would all like; nonetheless, we still continue to help people in spite of all the opposition we recieve from the before mentioned sources. As a company we have satisfied thousands of clients and this is the only complaint we ever recieved, and as a reputable company, we take it very personally and not lightly at all.

Of course, it is very hard to make some people happy no matter how hard you try. Officially, we regret that you felt you had to result to such extremes as filing a complaint on a well known site for exposing real fraudulent companies. I also hope as the customer service director that this does not deter future clients from acheiving goals that would otherwise be very difficult and time consuming ( 10-30 years) to accomplish on their own time, so we do it (usually) within 90 days, but if one has to wait and additional 2 months is it really that bad? We look forward to doing business with every future client.

Never pre-pay a "credit repair" service.
