Brainresearch Labs customer service is absolutely terrible.  They need to fire all the low paying employees there.  I ordered a bottle of the procera AVH and after having it not received it after 2 weeks, I called them up to find out the status.  The first agent told me a flat out lie and said that their "Systems were down" and could not give me ANY information about the status or where the order was.  She said it had "shipped" but didn't know where it was and that if I didn't get it within the next 2 days call them back.  So I can back 2 days later and talk to a new guy.  He was VERY cocky and had this "I'm mightier than God" attitude and said that I had to call them back after another 3 days because their order shipped but they don't have any sort of tracking with it and they don't know where it is.  Keep in mind that I paid almost $20 in shipping!  I immediately asked for a refund and he told me they can't process a refund until after 3 weeks!  WTF???  I told him that I couldn't understand why they just couldn't give me a refund and instead of excuses.  He started trying to justify why he was "better than the other agent" who he said "lied to me" since their systems weren't down and the other agent just couldn't tell me what he was telling me.  That they had NO way of tracking my package AND that they couldn't do anything for me.  

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!  There are MANY, MANY, other places to purchase the procera AVH so DO NOT ORDER from the brain research labs site.

YOU ARE WARNED!!!
