Brainbuys LIARS AND THIEVES Monica Pennsylvania
This company is an outrageous scam for two reasons.
One: I signed up for a trial period of a week. After only a few days they charged my credit card $84.50 for a TWO MONTH subscription! When I called to complain they told me that their trial period is 3 days and I had called too late. When I asked them why they charged me for TWO months, I was told that is their policy. I asked for a refund - of course they said no way.
Two: Their advertisement makes it sound like a great site. They claim you get to play games to bring down the price of electronics and gift cards you would like to purchase. The reality? A ridiculously short list (under 10 items) of gift cards and a couple of electronics to either purchase at their full retail price or to get cheaper by playing a trivia game. Each time you answer correctly your price drops by 10 cents.
BUT, when you answer wrong your price goes up by 20 cents! Most of the questions are pretty obscure so unless you cheat by looking up all the answers, it would be almost impossible to save any money on these items. AND, the day I looked at it there was absolutely NOTHING I would have wanted to buy! There was a mini-iPod and a couple of other really lame electronics along with a handful of gift cards to Lowes or Chilis. Seriously not at all like they advertise!!!
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
