This company brainfox media took $500.00 out of my personal checking acct via my ATM debit Visa card # I can't find out how they got the card # (which is of course canx now!) becauls you cant reach anyone at this company. Finding out it is a div of Worldcom is no big suprise. during my research I found it is linked to Brian fox media services which is a traded co. (junk stock) I also found links to Cycle corp. , The color registry, and I belive it also is linked to Simo cycle corp in huntington beach CA 18411 goth rd. Zip 92648 714-842-3206.
I contacted the LV BBB and filed a complaint after a couple of months the E-mailed me back and couldnt get anywhere with the Co. eihter Go figure all the phones are disconnected or dead ends there was VM on the simo cycle corp # but of course no ever called back.
I belive like the other complaint that this whole Co. is a FRAUD. I hope something can be done befor many more people get screwed by this Brainfox Media Service.

First . . . Mr. Todd Short first contacted our company on Oct 2 2002, more than 3 months after filing this complaint and NOT before. We responded to Mr. Short less than an hour after contacting us. We explained to him that the transaction had been charged back and we took it as fraud as well as paying all the cost and loses resulting from this transaction. The transaction had been submitted on Jan 16 2002, nearly 9 months before by a person who had all the correct contact information, billing information and credit card information of this Mr. Todd Short.
Secondly . . . BrainFox IS NOT related to Worldcom, The Color Registry, Brian Fox Media or Simo Cycle Corp.
Third . . . BrainFox Media Services is a NOT a traded company.
Fourth . . . If ANYONE feels that they have been defrauded, all they have to do is file a complaint with their bank and by LAW, the funds MUST be returned but in ANY case, BrainFox has ALWAYS taken the loses, even though we did in fact deliver the services.
Fifth . . . If ANYONE feels that they have been defrauded, BrainFox will honor ALL such request and promptly refund ANY monies as we would have in this case but the transaction was charged back before we could do that.
Sixth . . . BrainFox DOES NOT charge clients WITHOUT their specific consent. We do in fact have a certain level of fraudulent accounts but just like ANY other business that deals with as many clients as we do AND we have NO way to COMPLETELY prevent those and BrainFox, not the client takes the lose and in EVERY case, being they are ultimately charged back. In order to accept a charge, ALL the information MUST be correct, meaning that if a charge is submitted, the person submitting the charge must have had the information from somewhere.
Seventh . . . the phone number 877-426-5679 in NO WAY related to
BrainFox Media Services.
Eighth . . . BrainFox has three contact phone numbers, the first public one being 702-920-8932, which ANY client may leave a message and a representative WILL return your calls if necessary. The second being our fax number 702-920-8250, The third being a private # that we use for our Premier Plus clients ONLY. ANY other number is wrong and if disconnected is NOT the result of BrainFox.

Like ANY major business, BrainFox deals with a LARGE number of clients and there may be a complaint or two being that you can not satisfy ALL clients but BrainFox has been in business for almost 3 years, serving over 20,000 clients in over 150 countries around the world. We can NOT satisfy everyone and can not control factors that are outside of our business practices.
