Complaint Review: BRAKE CHECK

In 2013 feb took my car to brake check to get pads replaced, They told me to drive car for 250 miles to break pads in.  Did that brakes still squealing

Took car back they just checked my car said they resurfaced rotors and that should do the trick. Still squealing. Didn't put my info in their system they said that cause the brakes were under warranty they didn't have to. (so there's 3 times that i been there and theres no record of it been there a total of 6 3 with receipts).

I have taken my car to brake check for a year now with an guarantee that they could stop the squealing brakes. They have not fixed my brakes.

Everytime time i went there which have been 6 times which has amounted to 804.00 with no progress of the pads being any better, they continue to get worse with whatever they keep doing.

Finally 17 Feb 2014 after being charged again asked the assistant manager what more could i do if this didn't work he informed me that the next thing would be to do was ask for a refund.

I asked for a refund the manager Stephen Short insisted he couldn't give it to me it would have to come from coporate. I didn't give my cash money to corporate. Stephen short insisted that someone from corporate would contact me never happened.

Called corporate spoke with Armando Flores who insisted that he should look at my car. Informed Mr. Flores i didn't feel comfortable with them looking at my car now because everytime they did they found something wrong. This reminds me of 20/20 episodes where companies like brake check get over on the customers.

Mr. Flores tried to offer only a 100.00 of my money back.  Expressed to him that they had not honored the sign on their store that they do it right. Told Mr. Flores that i would take a loss on the parts that don't stop the squealing brakes and would settle for the labor that i paid as a refund back.

Mr. Armando Flores continues to avoid my calls so i'm just gonna have to do a small court claim. This is such bad business for the Military Community that i live in(Fort Hood, Texas) and I'm a veteran who has served country expecting better service than that,
