Complaint Review: Bramlett Suzuki

On july 19,2006 i went car shopping to get me a better car than what i had in order to get back and foward to work and the doctor. I shopped on line and recieved a call from Bramlett to come check out what they have and they would get me approved.I took my old car as a trade in and $1000 with me i really need a better car because i about to have a baby and my car had put me down.

I got there and asked for the sales person he worked up my credit and aske what i was looking for i told him. He goes in a office with another man and comes back and tells me I got what you need he takes me to a side lot and puts me in a car with a cracked windshield that they did promise to fix and it was dirty they had just got it.

i drove it. it drove well i asked how much he said they would tell me when i was signing the paper work they was trying to see how much i should pay a month. ok i signed my paper work and the deal was done i took it to get the oil changed and the brakes where bad i told them they said nothing or did nothing keep in mind i have a service contract on the car and this was within a week of buying the car.

about a month later i look at the car and notice the car had different paint jobs and the passenger side air bag is sinking in .i take it back they tell me to take it to a nissian place .i do where i am told its been wrecked. i check the book value its price a 4000 less than i got it for i keep having promblems with the car and telling them all they can say is take it to the nissan place

they want honor the service contract or anything now i have a lemon that i must pay for.and the car is no better than what i traded them .
