We bought an above ground pool at Branch Brook in Hazlet, NJ. I guess to try to give us a good "deal" on Memorial day 2006, the seller gave us a package which included many accessories for the pool. When the pool arrived along with it's necessary components and accessories, a few items were missing. We took the receipt and went back to the location we bought the pool from, they said they were out of it and asked us to come back another time. We went back twice but those things were never given to us. We figured they were just accessories and wasn't worthed our time driving there to get them, we let it go. I thought that only happened to us, but after reading a couple reports about Branch Brook, I now know that they do that to everyone. This way, they make so much money off of things they promised with the package and we never got.
