 I have been trying to get a replacement for a stool that was delivered broken. I had sent Branded Lighting 8-9 e-mails to all their available addresses and called them 5-6 times. Bob in Customer Service - the gentlemen that has already been mentioned in another ripoffreport - was so friendly to promise me callback and instant issue resolution. Just as his colleague did on the other occasions. Still, nothing happened for two months. No reply, no replacement, no resolution. Now, this is what I call customer service! I did file a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading, so nobody thinks this is just out of pure malice. Avoid at all cost! Z
