Complaint Review: Brandon Curtiss Curtiss Property Management

Brandon Curtiss of Curtiss Property Management should be run out of Idaho. He is trying to rent a home in our subdivision and is a violation of our covenants. He has been told that. He has told us that is illegal and has continued to do so.

 We, as homeowners in the subdivision, let the renters that had started to move in, know that rentals were not allowed and there could be issues later.

As homeowners trying to protect our property we made "NO RENTING ALLOWED" signs made and placed in several yards. He actually came to my home, stood on my doorstep and threatened me. He made it a point to tell that our conversation was being recorded and that he was an ex-police officer. That certainly has not made him a better business person.

As of this date someone is living in the home and it is not the owner. I check frequently to see if it is still listed for rent and it is as of this date.

I see he has a grade F with the BBB and a grade well deserved!
