I rented a room st 529 forest st after living in a afc home. He had me pay him in payments till I had paid all of a first and last month rent as well as a deposit. I moved in the first of October of 2020. I finally finished paying him in January of 2021.

I ended up going to a mental hospital for two weeks, where he decided to move me to a smaller room and had me pay a new first and last month rent and 400 down to even come home from the hospital, which I did. I ended going back on September to a hospital and he rented my room out and packed all my stuff up and moved it to the basement and told me I could come back and sleep on the landing till a room opened up next door.

Then he turns around and rents that out, so my caseworker went to pick up all my stuff and it was all gone. He got rid of my all my personal belongings after telling me he would hold onto them for me. Never rent from this man unless you want to get ripped off.

He also had me apply for rental assistance and blamed me on a mouse problem. I was granted the back rent and 3 months of future rent, which I never got to use because I ended up in the hospital right after they granted it. I learned my lesson, so take my mistake and don't make it yourself.
