Prideful, arrogant, and devoid of customer service skills or integrity. Brandon Mann refused to provide a written receipt for (CASH) $2,000. The payment was for work completed $600 and work remaining $1400. The work was never completed and we are still waiting for a written receipt for $2,000 (CASH) after more than a month. Any other tree service in the Charlotte, NC area would serve your needs better. We were too nice to Brandon Mann and he took advantage of us. We also had to pay another service to complete the work.
