Beginning in November, 2009 I sent 8 bi-weekly lay away payments totaling $690. for a pit bike for my son.
Now that it is time to ship the pit bike he is NOWHERE to be found. Will not return phone calls. Will not reply to emails. NOTHING.
Then I find out about all these similar RIP OFFS and became alarmed. This guy has taken my money and ran. My son is DEVASTATED at how and why ANYONE would do this to a kid.
I am fully prepared to take legal action together with anyone who wants to join. I'll hire the attorney in TX.
This guys needs to be SHUT DOWN.
