Brandon, the owner of BSBC does not honor his contractual obligations. I am a medial office owner and hired him to help me find a physical therapist. The first time I used his services he found me a candidate. At the same time, I also found a great candidate. Although I had to pay $10,000 more for his recruiting fee, Brandon convinced me to hire this candidate. He then came in signed his contract and Brandon wanted his $10,000 fee to be wired to him the same day. I did so and a few days later the candidate backed out of the contract. This was a very stressful time for us, as we needed a therapist imedialy. Brandon's contract guaranteed a replacement within the first year. He seemed to work very hard to find a replacement. We were able to find a great replacement in enough time. Shortly afterward, at that point satisfied with his services, I hired him to find me another candidate. She worked for me for only a few short months before having to quit due to medical problems. I again contacted Brandon and he agreed to find me a replacement. He sent me a few resumes over the first couple weeks, only one of which was interested in the position. Brandon had been given requirements for the position and this candidate didn't meet them. After that, Brandon disappeared. I sent multiple emails asking for a status update with no response. About 6 weeks later, I sent him an email asking for a refund. He quickly replied to this email and told me that he finds replacments, but doesn't give refunds. For the next several weeks I again continued to ask for updates, without any response. Several weeks later I told him that if I didn't get a response, I would contact my attorney to ask for advise. Again, this time he contacted me quickly. He then told me that he would try for another 30 days to find a replacement and gave me multiple excuses that contradicted the many reasons I hired him in the first place. Then he told me to have my attorney call his attorney. I guess I have no choice. This is bad business, and unless there is immediate money on the line Brandon gives very poor customer services and doesn't honor (or even remember) the sales pitch he used in the first place. I have learned a lesson. I will use larger more reputable recruiters from now on.
