I purchased a swimming pool cover and when it arrived it was not what I expected (it was a plastic tarp & not made of soft vinyl). I turned the package around in 1 day via UPS. The package arrived safley and signed for (by Lopez)but they will not refund my money. Customer service has promised to go out and look for the package, promised to return phone calls, etc. Jenelle has just informed me that there is a 25% restocking fee which is outrageous!! I feel like these people are working out of a garage or basement. A 25% restocking fee is pretty bad. After three weeks I am still waiting for them to locate the package. BEWARE: This is one of those internet companies to avoid.
