brands on sale sold me item and never sent it! Internet
I purchased a costume for my husband for Halloween & was getting nervous because it wasn't it here yet. I called them & waited on & off of hold for a very long time. They told me they "system" cancelled my order. I asked why no one notified me and why my card is still showing the charge. The girl was very snotty and said the "system" doesn't even notify them when it cancels orders and as far as my card goes all she did was argue with me that I wasn't charged. Seeing the converstion was going nowhere, I decided to dispute the charges with my bank & warn others online. This seems like a very shdy company.
