BRANDSMART USA NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Hollywood Florida
I bought a Plasma TV in 04/07/2005 for $3420.53. Merchandise was deliverd past the delivery time.
The TV is defected I called BRANDSMART for assistance and they refuze to help me, thet keep making promises that thet are taking care of the problem but it dosen't look that way. They told me to call Samsung to ask for a replacement. I purchase the TV from BRANDSMART not from Samsung.
I want my money back,..and never ever will give business to that store. There is NO ONE that you can call and get CUSTOMER SERVICE, evryone is extrimly rude, and Unprofesional.
