Complaint Review: Brandy Roach BareNall Sphynx

Of everything that has gone on ALL you can come up with is that I said you had too many cats but your email said something different? Do you think that excuses your fraud? Does that erase all that you did? Give me a break!
You can say you were gonna do this and gonna do that BUT its all talk...youve never done ANYTHING but talk talk talk.
If I only would have waited??? I WAITED 7 MONTHS!!! HOW MUCH LONGER DID YOU WANT ME TO WAIT? Why would you think I would believe anything else that came out of your mouth? Everything that you have told me has been a LIE, why would I believe you now?
You are a pro at avoiding the facts and dancing around what you did. Luckily people can now see for themselves and come up with their own conclusions regardless of what you post.
The reason I have no kitten or money is because you scammed me and took my money! Right along with the others that you scammed.

What exactly do these emails prove ? I know what I told You,and I never said I did'nt .Now Let me point out were You post on this site that I told You I had to many cats ,and could not care for this one,or her kittens when they came . Now let me point out what I actully said (read email # 1 at top of page) my point is that You do not tell the truth eaither .

I can point out more,but I have better things to do ,The only thing I was wrong about was the papers I state right here on this site that I made the mistake of letting her go with out the papers in my hand I should not have done that ,and I did offer You the diffrence in price I also told You money was tight I ask You to take a kitten from next litter due in May ,or wait a couple weeks for the money had You just waited a couple weeks You would have had the money ,and this would have been done I had the money,and was ready to send it when I read these post no way was I going to send You money after that . These post are the reason You have no money,or kitten .

Anyone who was on the fence about these scams is welcome to go hear it from the horses mouth. I encourage people to read the emails and see for yourself the extent that Brandy went to with this scam. The countless lies she came up with week after week. Its mind blowing really but this is how these low life scammers work.
She continues to post ads for kittens on Hoobly.com every week. I hope people are smart and do some research before they purchase any sphynx.

As far as the email from someone about Brandy saying she was in AZ. I forwarded those emails to Brandy. I have the emails from Brandy saying that she knew who this person was by their email address and she claimed she never said she was from AZ.

Why go on here and LIE even more saying you have no idea what Im talking about and havent seen any emails?

thats pretty funny Brandy because I havent received ANYTHING from you except threatening emails! You didnt and havent tried to fix anything. You thought that I would be weak and powerless and could do nothing to come after you...wrong! Ive emailed you several times asking you to list the parts of my story that you think are "filth and untrue" but you cant say one single part, can you? All you do is email back trash talking.
Everything Ive said is 100% true. I ALSO have every email we have ever had, all the paperwork..you name it. People have emailed me about YOU and asked to look at it and guess what? They all got the same story! Interesting though that you say I made it all up.
Too bad you wont take a minute to let your pride down now that you have been caught red handed and the Karma gods are punishing you, to do the right thing.

Im working on a website for "BAD BREEDERS" and when my story is listed there I can add a page where you can read through every email and access every scanned paper image to see the proof of my story. Wonder how you will deny it then?

I tried to fix it You know I did but no You posted all these lies .I do not need to to cover up anything I have emails,statments,documents,copies of papers,and recipts that prove this filth is nothing more then lies . Rember what You said about karma !

Brandy, why not take this time to make things right? Why wouldnt you want yourself to have a good reputation and be known for making your mistakes right?
Ive looked at it from your point of view and I can honestly say that I would be doing anything in my power to clear things between us instead of fighting, threatening and covering up. This could all be fixed Brandy...its all in your hands. You hold true to just one of your promises and I would love to forget you and this whole mess ever happened.

These report's by katie of Auroro,Colo are rediculose 99 % false and I am not going to spend the time it takes to sit her and post comments on them . Just an FYI and update: Brandy has recently changed her look of her website to fool others. It has also been brought to my attention that she is telling some prospective buyers that she resides in Arizona. Luckily people are being smart and researching her before they send money or try and get a cat from her. The posting of her scams by myself and the numerous others she has tricked is helping to save others from the heartache.

You recently ripped me off in the very same manner and I have every intention of making sure you pay for it. All I wanted was a Sphynx kitten and you have made this one of the worst experiences of my life. I saved all that money just so I could purchase a kitten. Well Tina or should I just call you by your real name...Brandy Roach! The reason Im suing you for "time, money lost etc." is because I want to take as much from you as I possibly can and in order to do that I have to explain what the money Im asking for resorts from. I want you to be punished for ALL the horrible things you have done and are doing to people everywhere. Just since reporting this Ripoff I have had MORE people contact me that are in my same boat that you scammed. You have been taking peoples money, you have been selling cats that you dont even have, you have been trying to scam breeders?? Your a rotten excuse for a human and you use other peoples love for animals to manipulate them.

I dont care what type of lies you try and post about me here to make yourself look better but if anyone out there is truely interested in hearing the truth they can contact me or any of the other people out there that you have screwed. Saying that I only got the cat to make money is the best you could come up with?

Truth,or not one thing I'd like to know the awnser to is why does Kaite Applehans need to get money for loss of time,effort,and money that she would have got from kitten's she sold ? If Katie Applehans only got the cat because she felt bad for her (the cat) ,or rescued her as she put it why does any of that matter ? Don't all cat's even one's You "RESCUE " take time,effort,and money ? If Katie Applehans is telling the truth that she only wanted the cat because she felt sorry for her WHY does She need to get money for her loss ? Why is she so mad that she was not pregnant ? (Her own report say's she swore up,and down to me she was pregnant ) Think about it people .

Offering animals for sale is not something to be taken lightly, people involve their families, their bank accounts, and most importantly, their hearts. To see and to hear what you, BRANDY ROACH, have done to so many people is SICKENING. Eventually, all things will come full circle, and you too, will recieve your prize.
As for the above rebuttal regarding Katie and her truths, let me point one thing out. Its amazing to me that when I visit Ms Roach's website, I find very poor grammar, which I will copy and paste some examples below:

All adult's are scanned for HCM "BEFORE" being bred .If You are looking for a pet/show/ breeder kitten email me .Show/breeder kitten's are to select home's only ! Health certificate is provided with all kitten's .Kitten's are guaranteed free of FELV-FIV-FIP ,and are placed with a health/HCM guarantee ,shot's,womred,paper's,and pedigree .Carrier is provided at no cost when shipping is needed."::
Now, upon reading the rebuttal by this supposed consumer, I couldn't help but notice the SAME grammar mistakes! So, either these 2 skipped ALOT of english class together, or they are the SAME person.
Moral of the story: Choose your sphynx breeder wisely, folks. Look at the total package. Dont go for the cheapest price, or the cutest kitten. Notice things like spelling, sentence formation, language, and verbage. If your IQ drops just because you read her email, STAY AWAY! I hope this can resolve itself. Good Luck Katie!

My Sphynx cat came from barenall (at the time Abayomi) I am getting another from her next litter,and I must say I was upset to read this report so I called Brandy . Now that I have seen all of the email's from Brandy to katie/katie to Brandy This report is nothing more then lie's the only truth in this whole thing is the paper's,and Brandy did try to make that right . If You want the truth email Brandy ,and see for Yourself.

This is what I know to be the truth from the email's I have seen .Brandy did sell Katie a Sphynx cat that had been bred Brandy did not tell her she had to place her right away ,or that she had to many cat's she told Katie that she did not plan for her to get bred (but she did) ,and because she did not cage she did'nt like to have very many kitten's in the home at one time ,and would only ship her if she were shipped soon if she was not shipped soon she'd have to be picked up in person .Brandy did not guarantee the cat to be bred she told Katie she seemed to be bred ,but if she were not she'd re breed the cat . The cat was not bred,and Katie did not want to send her back so she ask Brandy for a kitten yes Brandy told her that was fine ,and gave no time frame on when she'd get a kitten.

Katie was to pay $1,200 ,but only sent $1,100 this is why she was sent COD Brandy paid for her crate,health cert,and exam .Brandy did place the cat before getting the paper's,and should not have ,and yes she should have been up front about it she know's that ,and Brandy did try to make this right .

Brandy did start out with Abayomi ,and had to change it because the name was already taken ,she does not have lot's of cattery name's I know this I spoke to CFA/TICA myself both have only one name for Brandy . I know she had some bad luck with a litter,and needed to give deposit's back other then this I do not know of anyone who has had trouble with Brandy .

You know Katie say's she only got the cat because she felt sorry for her this is a lie in one email sent to Brandy ,Katie said FYI it is for more them $ 500.00 cost of spay/loss when Brandy ask her what loss she replied loss of time,effort ,and money that would have been aquired from kitten's . If she only got the cat because she felt sorry for her why is she worried about loss of time,effort,and money ?

Who ever wrote this article please email me, I have been ripped off in a very simular way and really would like to talk to you
