As a retired Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Teacher I've interviewed graduates for a few companies I worked for as a Technician. They lack hands on and it shouldn't be because I personally donated equipment. When I asked one individual about the equipment he said it was thrown out. The head of the department at that time owned a vending machine repair business so I don't see how that qualified him. They supposedly taught on computer simulators not actual equipment
