After authorising a card transaction with this comapny and asking it to be held till the first of the month. I tryed to contact them on the phone number I was given. I could not get them I must have writen it down wrong. 29 Nov 04 the sales person's supervisor called me and said if they added more could the do it "run the card that day". I said no and I am glad you called I am with drawing my authorisation to you to use my card. She hung up! Well they ran my card anyway. Upon calling them I was told non refundable!

I stated I withdrew my authorisation the previous Friday. Before you ran my card youd did so without my authorisation. Should I file a theft report? The gentelman was polite and said he would refund my money. 18 Nov 04 now I call coustomer service and speak to a female cant say lady she was rude intrupting and would not alow me to speak. She stated if I wanted help from her I should not be rude, I agreed and aske to speak 3 times and was rudly interupted. I said if she didnt alow me to speek I would file a complaint with the better business beur. She slamed the phone down on me. How ever she did send me a copy of the refund. Branson getaways if customer service treats your customers that way. Good Luck I will never deal with you and will tell everyone I know how uncurtieous your people are. Yes I did get my refund but please buyer be ware there rude people in customer service!
